SOME OF MY EGGS HAVE PARTICLES IN THE WHITES. IT LOOKS LIKE DIRT OR DARK FLAKES.
 
Those are "meat spots". Sometimes during the egg forming process little bits of lining from the oviduct becomes detached and this ends up in the egg white. It looks unappetising, but the egg is quite edible.
 
THANKS...I WAS AFRAID IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THEIR "SPOILED HEN DIET." THEY GET LOTS OF TREATS ESPECIALLY BLACK OIL SUNFLOWER SEEDS.
