Egg deformity

Has anyone had an issue with hens laying deformed eggs. I've seen shell less and I was able to fix that problem but this is just weird to me. I'm figuring/hoping it's the first eggs of my of my younger girl.

Shell gland deformity...could be a new layer glitch.

I have gotten them a few times, generally clears up on its own.
