Egg delivery to my kitchen?

Every morning 2 (update now 3) five month old new layers come in every morning thru the cat door and lay their eggs in my kitchen in a box next to wood stove (which they are pretty smart cuz dang cold in Maine) but has anyone else had their chickens lay or choose to lay right in your kitchen?? They don't even poop in my house they come in, lay, then do the yell then go back out lol.. Quite comical
I now have three doing it two comets and one NH red the other red is next... All in my kitchen all delivered daily.. Then the squalks in the house too so breakfast bell also

You must be some kind of chicken whisperer, to be able to tell them not only to lay but deliver as well. next you have to whisper in their ear to sweep out the coop and run while they are at it...

I had one that would come in, eat some catfood and lay an egg in our big shoe/boot bin in the mud room then leave.

That's so funny!!! I need a duck whisperer, my girls stopped laying in the pen & decided it would be funny to lay eggs in the yard ( we have 3 acres ) when they are out free ranging, so every day it's like my own personal Easter egg hunt!!!
