Egg eating

So my broody Welsummer decided to eat an egg today, nothing left but a puddle of dried up yolk. How do I stop this behavior? I had another of the same breed do this also. They have sufficient space/laying boxes, I seperated her and am breaking the broody now.

Fake eggs in the nest box (so she doesn't get rewarded for pecking at things in the box), or roll away next boxes.

Soap eggs will break them.
Hollow an egg and fill it with cream colored hand soap. A mouth full of that a couple times and they are done.

When I occasionally have a problem with eat egging, I slip a few wooden eggs (available online or from Hobby Lobby) into the nest boxes. I also try to gather eggs more frequently so there's less opportunity for disaster.

No shelll completely gone... all of my eggs are very strong, they have calcium available and also in their food. She was setting 9 days.
