I got some new pure BCM pullets to add to my breeding program , was wondering how long should I wait to collect eggs from them as they were with a different breed of rooster

I would wait a minimum of 3 weeks. Even after that there is some possibility the hens might retain sperm from the first rooster.

Most folks wait at least 2 weeks as the sperm from the new rooster should be in higher quantity and viability. It all depends upon whether or not the parentage of the chicks would be readily visible or the breeder is willing to take the chance.
