Egg getting stuck.

Is there anything i can do to help my frizzle bantie lay her eggs? She lays really big eggs for a bantie her size and it takes her awhile to lay them so all the other chickens pick on her. Is there anything i can feed her or do for her to pass the eggs more smoothly?

maybe if you gave her a more private location where the other chickens couldn't bother her she can focus on laying the egg? maybe enclose the nesting box with just a small enty hole so the others can't get near her when she's in it.
