Egg handling

Fresh eggs were refrigerated, left in a but then left on counter at room temp for 24 hours. Are they safe to eat once they have been refrigerated and then left out?

It isn't whether they have been refrigerated but whether they have been washed. If they've been washed they need to stay refrigerated. If unwashed, it doesn't matter.
