My muscovy eggs are hatching and i had 1 successful hatched. I was helping this egg out a little bit and it didn't look like it could pip out. It was already in the air cell on the 11th. So i helped it out a little and noticed it has purple veins is this normal???

Is it peeping, or moving?

If it did indeed internally pip a few days ago, and it's not making noise or movement it's likely dead.
It's still alive. Do I need to help it out???

Could you take a few more, clear, up-close photos? The photo you provided is a little blurry.

Is the duckling yawing?

Do you see any active veins?

Everyone hatches their own way, and that's fine, but I personally never fully assist a duckling. I will take half of the shell, so their head and neck area is out, but their abdominal area is in, and they'll usually pop out when they're ready.

What's the humidity in your incubator?

I don't know the humidity really. There is a vein that is a dark red but he looks like he is trying to come out now. The only part that is open is the ducks head and part of a wing. I been making sure i don't take it out too early because of the yolk. I also keep coconut oil on the membrane so it doesn't try to dry out in the incubator. I just want to make sure it is all good and ready to come out. I know steps to get one out and stuff because i had to help my quails to get out and someone sent me a link on here what to do to help one.
