I have a chick pipping right now under my SILKIE HEN BROODER :) it's supposed to get into the 20s tonight. About 30 something in the coop. Should I bring chick in and put it in the man made brooder?, bring Silkie and egg inside?, or just leave them be. I don't want it to freeze tonight. Thanks

i dont know if there is a lot of coincidence here or just a lot of people but i have been saying this all night. I just did that ! lol my silkie was on one baby with temp at 15, it did fine. mama did a good job keeping it warm. took it out the next day any how though.

Thank you. That's what I was thinking. Fingers crossed it will make it tonight with my little broody hen. Tomorrow I will get it and put it under heat:)
