The one I thought was shrink wrapped was resting I guess, bc now I see movement at it's pip. 2 have hatched, and another I noticed has pipped toward the bottom of the egg, not at the top. How big of an issue is this going to be?

it died. I didn't know what to do, so I left it alone. advice for next time?
