I'm not sure If there is a special place for this as I have been away from the forum for a really long time. I am just now coming back to hatching eggs and keeping chickens. I have been using canva to make things at work and decided to use it to make a sheet to help me remember dates and basic instructions for hatching my eggs. I am sharing it in hope that it either helps others. Give any feed back or suggestions to make it more useful or better information. I am printing this out and laminating it so I can use it many times over.

You ought to see my sticky notes all over the two Brinseas lol.

I have stickies for hatch date x 3 as there were 3 sets in each one, then after verifying temps each time, the top of each has a sticky on it what to set each one to so it's 99.5.

I have a little notebook. And I write the details on each egg in order, incl weights each candling. Now on lockdown, I popped them onto cardboard egg tray lids to assist clean up. I kept the eggs in the same order and rows for lockdown so I could hopefully track to initial info. I also highlighted eberything importnat and put it in my calendars everywhere.
Another note:
I also have a staggered hatch going on and I decided that it was a good idea to do it 6 days, or less, apart if you use an automatic egg turner. This is because some experiments showed that turning after day 12, doesn't affect the outcome. So removing the turning tray, I didnt have to affect humidity in lockdown eggs or the lack of turning in the younger eggs - if that makes sense.

As long as you don't have sticky on the chicks!:lau

Handwritten feels more loving! I am sitting recording the order eggs are hatching. For no logical teason at all I can think of! I'm proud as it's my first incubated eggs in anything at all and I have two right on time and at least half pipped
