I have an egg that's just started hatching. Little one's beak is popping through, and it looks like it's a minor cross beak (I haven't hatched many eggs, but each time I have, the beak's looked normal). Do I need to worry about the baby not getting out of its egg? Or should it be okay? Thanks in advance!

As long as you know it can breathe and the humidity (assuming you are using an incubator) is high enough to keep it from drying out, just watch it. Is it a severe cross beak? Maybe post a picture? More than likely it'll be fine. Is it taking longer than it should or some other reason to make you worry?
