Egg hatching?

I have a broody duck that had been setting on a collection of duck and chicken eggs for a while. I don’t know the exact date but around 20 days probably. Is one hatching or did she crush it? All the other eggs (10) are fine.View attachment 2256885

That is a crushed egg. You are probably going to have to assist or it may not survive.
