Aw, I'm SO happy to hear about your good outcome. I tried it but it didn't work. Well, it worked, the chick hatched, but it didn't make it. Of course, the bad thing about your story is that now I'm convinced it CAN work, so I'll be likely to do it again.

I agree also. We could always use more funny/hilarious threads, and this one is the ultimate in the laugh department.

Not to mention inspirational. Always good to hear about other dedicated chickie mommies, and you, Mrshollywood, are one heck of a dedicated individual.

I thought of another name if it turns out to be a pullet: Nipsy. I know a guy was named Nipsy Russell, but it sure sounds female-ish to me.
