You're not stupid, something is obviously up. Is the room it's in colder than 65 degrees F? They won't work well if it's too-too cold. I'd get ahold of Incubator Warehouse and see what they say, they may exchange the whole unit for you. My 1602 is rock solid at 100 in a 65 degree basement for me, and it quite easily will go higher if I adjust it. Something is wrong.
The room temp is 72 degrees. I have the LG running and its dead on 100 degrees. I cant figure out why its not working. :he I guess I will have to call IW.:th I did what the instructions said. :idunno
I ordered a Humidikit that didnt work right either and they sent me a new control panel. It didnt work right either. They sent me a whole new one. Works great. I'll see what they say.

Nice for smaller eggs I do 40% with shipped eggs use second thermometer and humidity gauge to check though it is Chinese and watched on ebay to set up direction bad

I purchased all of my Brinsea products on Amazon. Better prices and free 2 day shipping! What's not to love?

I love my little Brinsea Eco as a solid non-digital back up incubator. 6 Years ago I invested in their Octo48 and have not been happy with it. For the price, I should have had a solid machine that lasted years. The turner on it failed the first year, and the replacement failed, and the repairs we made after we were out of warranty eventually failed. Now it needs manual turning AND I need to send it in for calibration. $$.
