Egg issue? Pics attached, please help me figure out what the deal is!

New to chickens this year. Got a 6 pack of Red Sex-links from Tractor supply. Anyway, all is going very well with eggs coming in like crazy - then today I get this;



All pale and goofy looking. Shell is hard, so not soft or unformed at all. Any thoughts?

Thanks for that link - looks like I have a white-banded egg. I'll keep an eye on them and go from there. Thanks again!
