My chickens have laid perfect eggs for me for about a year now. A week or so ago I noticed that we were having less eggs, but that wasn’t what was bothering me. One of our chickens (I can’t tell which one) has started laying eggs that are white instead of the light brown color and the egg has just a yolk inside a floppy shell.
We feed them the later feed and oyster shells. We even started putting vitamins in their water.
What does this mean and can I fix it? Any help is appreciated.

All I can think of is making sure they are getting enough calcium in there diet. What breed of chickens do you have? Are you sure there not going through molt or having heat stress? Or any other factors that could have possibly influenced egg laying that you can think of?

I have a hybrid chicken breed and I don’t know of any thing that could be causing this.
Could it be caused just because of old age? We’ve only had them a year but we got them when they were already laying.

Hybrids can be more susceptible to reproductive issues,
and those issues can start as young as ~2yo.
If only one bird is having issues laying 'good' eggs, then it's the bird not the diet.

It could be that the bird is stressed, so not finishing the shelling process, the brown color is last to be applied so that's why the egg is white.
Is she low bird in the pecking order, does she get picked on?
Do you have plenty of space?
Dimensions and pics of coop and run might offer a clue.
How hot is it where you live?
Heat stress can definitely affect egg formation.
What kind of 'vitamins' did you give, how much, and for how long?

That would seem like a good guess, as it was brought out, hybrid hens are more susceptible to egg laying problems. I would just keep an eye out for any strange behavior
