Hello fellow chicken lovers. I plan on selling eggs at my farmers market and I know I'll need a label on the carton but I'm not sure what exactly needs to be put on the label besides my farm name, address, expiration date. Also what would you recommend I sell my eggs for? I live in central Kentucky and there's a lady selling her eggs at the farmers market for $3.50 a dozen but I'm not sure if she's got colored eggs along with brown eggs or if she's doing organic eggs either. The stores around here are selling cage free large brown eggs at $3.45 a dozen and organic eggs $4.50 a dozen. On craigslist most people are advertising between $2 and $3.50 a dozen.
