Egg laid in poop tray but no shell

The integration has been a week. The egg in the tray could have been from another chicken. It was like someone cracked an egg, so strange. Yes on the oyster shells and cherry stone grit. My older girls are about 3/4 year old.

If you are talking about feeding grit, I think you should put out a box full of grit so the smaller chickens can get it when the hens are done with their turn.

Don't you mean oyster shell for the calcium to strengthen the egg shell?
