egg laying frequency - are these fresh?

Heck yes they would! Who doesn't LOVE zucchini bread/muffins? If they taste as awesome as your cake did let me know. Everyone at my husband's work thinks I'm the muffin lady and love my cooking. When I cook muffins I usually make three batches and shove them in the freezer. When I was pregnant one of my coworkers asked if it was nesting instincts and my husband told them no, that I just liked cooking.

..Ok in truth I just know one afternoon of work makes for several weeks of easy breakfasts for my kids. Maybe duck eggs would push them over the edge and I will gain muffin supremacy!
