Egg laying synchronization?

I think 4 of my ducks are laying in the late evening and the other 4 are laying in midday. Not a problem in the winter when they have to stay in the coop but obviously will be a problem in the Spring. Is there any way to adjust their egglaying schedule? I've been told I need to leave the ducks until 9am or so but obviously I can't leave them in all day.

They will regulate themselves in a few weeks. I had one that was doing it late in the day. She is now laying in the morning like all the others. They are always done by 7.30, but I do have a light come on at 4am so they can think about it.
