Morning. Yesterday early morning, Autumn, my 22 month old Amercauna has experienced what I believe to be an internal broken egg. I noticed egg material (yolk & white) leaking from her vent. There was a large amount so I feel confident that it all came out. A short while later, I went back to check on her and she had passed a shriveled soft shell. Just before nightfall, she laid a normal egg. My concern is why did this happen and is there anything I should do for her? This is the second time this has happened to her and I am a little worried.
