My chickens laid in nests for 4 months. Now 3 to 4 like to lay on the floor. Why??????

My hens lay on the floor too I don’t know why because they have a big nest box

This sort of behavior can occur in the run up to brooding. When hens have the hormonal change of being broody, they tend to look for a secure place to hatch their eggs, for which could be the floor, if they feel they wont be invaded by other chickens in the nest box.
An other scenario could be that something could be stopping them entering the nest box, but we need more information from you to come to a final conclusion.

Can you post pics where they are laying and pics of the nesting boxes?

Have you made any changes to the nest box, the coop, etc? Even just cleaning out the box and adding new bedding can throw them off.

Have you checked the nest boxes for a red mite infestation ?
