Egg laying

Hello all,
We received our chicks March 8th and they were approx 2 weeks old at the time. We have 3 Barred Rock and 3 Aurecaina. They are approx 20 weeks old. 2 of the Barred rock have been laying eggs for approx 3 weeks now. The other one has not. I know she is a hen due to body composition etc. Also 1 Aurecaina started laying this week but haven’t had anything from the others. Again I know they are all female due to composition and appearance.
Anyone have any idea what if anything I am doing wrong?
I have looked around for them laying I. Mysterious areas etc. they are free range so that was a thought but I haven’t seen anything.

Some birds just take longer than others. There can be a variety of reasons, including the weather. If it’s hot where you are, the other ones might not start until a bit later.

I’ve had birds of the same breed have over a month difference between their start of lay.
