Egg membrane/shell stuck to chick and something hanging out of the belly

They just hatched around 2 hours ago and the top one has the eggshell stuck to it's head and has been unable to get up. Both of them also have this mess trailing from them as you can really see on the bottom one. Just looking for some guidance as of what to do. I have no more viable eggs hatching so I can do what ever but I have left the levels the same for hatching. Please help!!

It should fall off. My dad's last hatch we watched a few come out and were the same way. I think it's like an umbilical chord on a baby, idk about the stuck shell though. I wouldn't touch a chick until it's up and walking...the ones we watched, most of them just laid there for hours ( napping, it's hard work!) They did eventually get up. Here's hoping yours do too!

I'm hoping mine hatch while I am sleeping or at work..cause I know it will drive me crazy!
