baby chick stuck half in egg.

anything I can do to help this baby? peeped 24hrs ago and since about 4hrs ago it's been like this. sorry not good pic tried to be fast. egg shell and part of membrane still stuck on chick.

To get that off I hold the chick in hand focusing on the head/beak so that it doesn't get dunked and then I submerge the whole body in a small bowl of warm water. I keep my hand around the chick the whole time and swish it around just a little and that gets the sticky stuff from hatch to let go of the feathers. Be slow and careful; no drowning!
