I have a Bantam EE that hatched and has a rather large (for him) piece of the egg membrane stuck and dried to him (about 1 1/2" to 2" long and maybe 1/2" wide). Any ideas on how to remove it.....it is dried and stuck pretty good.

Take a spray bottle or a damp cloth and moisten it good and it will peel right off.
