1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
mix roll on floured surface until thin
slice in small strips and pieces
let dry before storing in ziplock in the freezer
try thin and small 1st work your way up if you want them thicker
otherwise they will end up dumplings
When we do them, we usually do a large batch. We will use about 3 dozen eggs(20 whole eggs, 16 yolks), 1 Tblsp salt, per 5 lbs of flour. The rest is as above.
