I was wondering what the nutritional content of my Hen's eggs are.
Has anyone ever had their Hens eggs tested?
I want to compare the nutrition of my Hens eggs to store bought.
If anyone has ever had their hens eggs tested, what were the results?

Seems like it might be an expensive test.
