Egg overload: ack! Ideas?

what flavor does a pickled egg have? never tried and wondered....

German apple pancakes are really good, even if you mess them up. Or puff pancakes. I don't have a favorite recipe, but cooks.com has lots. You can use a dozen eggs in one sitting that way. Try googling puff pancakes or german apple pancakes and see. Last time I messed up the recipe, that's why I'm not sharing it, but they were still delicious, even flat and strange looking.

Also, I've read you can freeze the eggs. I have not tried this. There is a technique to it.

Like pickles, or hot and spicy. They are chewy, sort of. My son loves em...me, not so much....
