Egg pecking

I have one hen that is pecking and breaking eggs. I have tried everything. They always have food and water. I have fake eggs in the nesting boxes and she still breaks them. What can I do without getting rid of her?

Do broken eggs have good thick/hard shells?

They do have hard shells. I have 11 hens and are a year old. My coop is plenty big enough and we have 4 nesting boxes. I have a big metal feeder that is full all the time.
