Egg Pecking???

We have 4 Orpingtons and our first to start laying was Moisha about 2 weeks ago. Two days ago Jemima laid her first egg too. This morning my husband was checking for eggs and Jemima had laid hers in the coop and Moisha went in there and started to peck the egg. Does anyone know why she might have been doing this?

I was worried because the first layer seems to be in charge and I don't want her to do this to everyone else's eggs too. I wondered if it's an "in charge" thing.
