I would give it a few more hours or more before considering intervention. Helping the chick hatch is very very risky because of how fragile the little chick is and because of the unabsorbed yolk sac and the veins that are still attached to the membrane (I'm pretty sure that's how it works but don't quote me lol.) Keep the humidity relatively high (I would say 70 percent but 75% should be okay) in order to keep the shell's membrane moist. If it dries/shrink wraps around the chick, it may not be able to move in the egg. What is your humidity currently? After a few hours, you might want to consider helping the chick. Also- is the egg moving at all and can you hear peeps? If not, the chick may be weak and may need help.
(start 3rd video at minute 7 to see the process of helping a chick hatch. The first 7 mins of the video is educational.)
