Egg pipped 24hr ago, no progress since

I’m hatching eggs in an incubator. 24 hours ago on day 20, my first egg pipped. Everything looked great. But 24 hours have passed and there has been literally no progress on that egg. She looks exactly the same as she did 24 hours ago. All her siblings have already hatched and are doing great. She is still alive inside the egg—I see her beak moving through the hole. To me, it looks like she’s trying to hatch but can’t. What should I do? Note, it’s my first time hatching eggs in an incubator.

She may be stuck or something, open a small hole in the egg shell where the air cell is to get more air for her
