Egg pipped facedown

Day 21 one egg has piped face down on bottom of incubator dried to cardboard. One of the chick has moved it. But its green at pip

Will I just leave it?

I think you may want to remove that from the incubator. Most likely the chick inside died at some point and is now decomposing.
