Egg pipped in the wrong place- do I need to help?

Thanks for all the help, y'all! Everybody seems to be taking a rest at the moment. Thankfully I have to leave for work in a couple of hours, so I will no longer be able to fret at the bator.
My head knows that I should leave the darn thing alone. Really, really I know that. It's just that they are so pitiful chipping away in there. Not to mention chirping away in there! At least when I try to mess with a broody hen to see what is going on they grumble and peck at me. Can someone develop a bator lock that grumbles and pecks? I need negative reinforcement to keep my hands off! ARGGG!!

Most of my pips today were in the middle. So far, I have 6 out of 9 out, and two more pipped. The ones that pipped near the middle of the shell did however take longer to hatch.. Don't know if thats relevant though.

Well, the confused pipper has re-pipped another hole. Apparently it didn't like the first pip location either. It has pipped again nearer to where it should be. The egg is kind of longish, so maybe the baby is having a hard time getting positioned. At least we know that it's not dead yet. YAY!

mine hatched starting from the 8 to the 11 and i kindaopened my incubator a lot and i still had 26 hatch out of 33 so far
