Like the earlier post said: give it 24 hours. At that time, you can use the advice in the article to help. But "helping" too early can harm the chick, so you want to make sure it's actually necessary.

I’d remove the egg and do an egtopsy to see what happened.
Also, the ooz and liquid are likely causing bacteria.
Are there any other eggs inside waiting to hatch?

That's an odd way to pip with that crack going the opposite direction. Did that one get dropped a short distance during candliing or anything? It might have been a hairline crack you didn't see but now that it pipped, made it wider.

I've never seen one do that out of over 500 eggs I've hatched this year, but still I wouldn't open the incubator. You just never know.

No, I don't think so. It pipped almost in the middle of the egg... I think it wasn't positioned well, maybe hit a blood vessel when pipping? It's kind of gross now.

Yes, there are 2 more. One is pipping now

Good choice.
Better to be safe than let it remain and possibly cause problems for the other eggs.
If the humidity went right back up, it will be okay.
I agree with Debbie about the pip. Imo, it looks weird in that it has three lines of break at the pip.
Even if you had assisted, it may have been a failure to thrive.
