egg problem. advice?

Hi all.
I got some eggs in the mail that all had large, messy looking or detached air cells. On top of that the incubator lid fell off while tilting and cracked some of them.
How can I help them? I read that I should switch off the turner? Will that hurt the other eggs' chances? On day two at the moment.
Oh, and I did the nail polish thing on the cracked ones but I'm worried because the cracks are right on top of the air cell, or at least where it should be.
