How old is the bird, and how long has she been laying? New layers can have glitches until they get things worked out and this can happen. Also birds coming back into lay after molt can sometimes have glitches also. If it's a new layer then it may just need time to sort things out. In an older bird it could be calcium deficiency or a snafu in the system. If it becomes a regular thing then it could indicate a problem. I would keep an eye on her, make sure she's eating and drinking well, acting normally. See what the next egg looks like.
