Egg problem

Hello!
Please see the photo. I found it this morning, and no clue what causes this and how to fix if possible.. Thanks!

It is a shell-less egg and the tail portion is egg membrane and albumen. Is this from a new layer or one that has been laupying awhile? Do you feed a layer type feed and put out crushed oyster shell for calcium to keep the shells hard. Some hens will have reproductive issues where they lay abnormal eggs from with infection or some other problem.

I am not sure who laid it. I have 29 hens mixed with some old and new.. I should add oyster shell for them. Thank you for the advice!
