Egg Problems HELP!

I have had one hen laying oddly shaped and wrinkly eggs for about a week. I cracked one open today and it had something weird inside kind of looks like a blood spot but also had a crusty bit. Attached is a picture

Sometimes eggs have gunk in them. It generally is nothing to worry about. Wrinkled eggs can be from bronchitis, or even from stress.

She doesnt seem sick at all but I have been slowly adding the new chicks to the pen they are all in the pen together but separated so they can see but not touch so maybe that is stressing her out?

That definitely is stressful and will cause wonky eggs or for production to stop. Most improve after a week or two.
