My chickens layed fairly good this last winter as I had a heat light on them 24/7. But now I am down to 3 eggs out of 15 hens. They are running out so they have all they want to eat. Is everybodys egg laying down or not? Bewildered and hungry. Thanks

Here is a really nice thread that covers most of the reasons your hens may not be laying. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/423023/why-arent-my-chickens-laying-here-are-your-answers Since they layed through the winter, could they be starting to molt? By running out, do you mean they are free ranging?... Could they be hiding eggs? What sort of area are they running on, are you sure they are finding enough to eat, chickens only range so far from their coop usually and if they have been on the same area long enough, eventually they will pretty much clean it out.
