Heard chicken egg quality deacreses in time.
In how long it is measuring? Weeks, months?
guinea fowl eggs dont lost quality for 2 years as I am heard.
 
Sorry. There's a lot of information there. It says, unwashed, refrigerated, in a sealed container and they can last at least 3 months.

In a nutshell, store eggs may be a month or two old. Fresh eggs taste best regardless of the source.

I think store eggs have a sell by date. They also have a code with the Julian date which is the date they were packed.

Your eggs are better because they come from foraging chickens that aren't kept in cages.

If you dare, there's another Mother Earth News study on the nutritional difference between grass fed/foraging eggs and cage eggs.

Research is better than soundbites.
