Egg quality issues

I have one hen that has been laying eggs like this and also lays double yolk eggs often. Is this a problem with her productive system or the food she is eating?

It could be just a glitch in reproduction. she may get over it or not if it's genetic, the double yolks aren't going to hurt her. what does she eat including treats?

They only eat egg layer feed and veggie and fruit scraps a few times a week.
