I see a lot of information online about how heathy quail eggs are, and their benefits over chicken eggs. My assumption has been that when people say quail eggs they usually mean coturnix, I feel that’s the type I see people use in cooking videos and they are what I see in shops that carry that sort of thing.
So my question is, are the 2 types of quails’ eggs the same nutritionally? I know that cots and bobs are not that closely related, so I’m wondering how similar their eggs are.

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
