hello!
My husband put our eggs in the fridge, but then a few days later left them out over night. Is it okay for us to still use them?

Ideally if they have been chilled they should stay that way since as they warm up they get condensation on them which can play with bloom/bacteria etc. With that being said, eggs that have been chilled can still hatch healthy chicks so there must be some protection. However, getting food born illnesses can occasionally be deadly.... so really it’s up to you if you want to take that gamble. I personally would only use them for something that was going to be cooked hard, with high temps to kill as many bacteria as possible (no over-easy breakfast with those eggs) or maybe cook them well and feed back to the animals. Hey if they eat their own poo they must have a stronger gut than me right?
