Egg question

This was in our egg and it seems like a silly question but my husband just broke the egg to cook and asked if this is an embryo. Not sure what else it could be but please tell. Looks like a rice krispy. We do have a rooster.

That looks like a piece of meat. I would just pick it out.

Meat spot. Pick it out and you'll never know it was there. Some hens just lay eggs like that

Embryos are usually bloody if they are starting to develop. I'm not sure if this egg is fertilized. Doesn't look like it. But bad eyes + small phone = not able to see detail.
