Egg questions

I have a 3 or 4 year old rooster and 10 hens, I was wondering how you know if a egg is fertile.

there is a white target in the yolk - but most likely, if you have roos - they're fertile.

If you have a rooster, 99% of the time they'll be fertile. The only way to tell for sure is to place some in an incubator and candle at 7 days.
