It's mostly black with a brownish head and white chin..

I noticed you took recore out of the incubator and put him in the brooder a few hrs after he was born...is that something I should do? I read that you need to wait 2-3 days to dry out and stuff but Im sure thast hard to see the alive walking aroud inside that little incubator without getting them out. I have 7 eggs in there now and I am not sure when to take them out when they hatch...congrats on recore...we will be hatching our first set in 20 days from now...very excited

Ooh, good luck with your hatch!! It's always exciting to see the little fluffybutts in the bator after that hatch.. If you PM me we could continue this conversation. And with how long you would want to keep them in the incubator after they hatch, it's just a matter of personal preference how long you want to let them dry off.. I do 3-4 hours, some people do one day. My neighbor used to transfer them after each hatched, right away. I wouldn't reccomend it,though. For you, I would wait until most ( preferably all) have hatched out, to prevent precious humidity and heat to escape.
Feel free to talk to me anytime - I love talking.. And keep me updated!!
