Egg roller Question

I plan on building an egg roller ( just like a hot dog roller) vs an egg turner but I was wondering, can the eggs be turned over 360deg? instead of rolling them 180deg each way?

The whole idea is that the developing chick not be resting against the same side of the shell each time. So 360 won't work, because it will go back to the same place.

Hang on, news flash- it was just pointed out that if the roller is in continuous motion, the embryo will stay centered. I was thinking in terms of roll and stop, not continuous motion. Sorry about that!
